Here's a rare look at the master bedroom in our Sunlight home/office, since it's not included in our home tours. We took the opportunity to be a little outrageous with the clay colors in this room. The wall pigment is a dusty rose with a light peach ceiling. The clay, from americanclay.com, uses all natural pigments. We call this our womb room!
North windows on either side of the bed make for conveniently-controlled ventilation at night. The vaulted ceiling adds volume to the room and space for a ceiling fan.

A large east window (below left) washes the bedroom in early morning light. There is plenty of room to maneuver around the bed and there is even space for a chair, small table and rocking chair under the east window (not very visible).
Two reach-in closets flank our wedding shrine on the south bedroom wall (above right with one closet not shown). The French door leads to a modest, master bathroom (shown below) with a single sink, shower, commode and washer/dryer closet. The closet wall (thanks to Carol) is another color of clay—in the purple family. You can barely see the high shelf above the closets that holds a small TV and rope lighting.

The French bathroom door brings light in from the bedroom while the door is closed. The partial wall (above the built-in medicine cabinet) provides privacy for the commode. The 4 foot shower doubles as a steam room. Awasher/dryer closet in resides across the isle from the sink. This bathroom is compact but very functional!
