If
you decide to build a little Sunlight home, you will be purchasing,
along with your home design, a component package of materials
that will comprise the exterior shell of your home. This includes
Murus™ super insulated, polyurethane-
filled
structural
insulated panels (SIPs) with R-33 walls and R-40 roofs, which
are custom manufactured for your plan. Composite R-values are R-37 walls, R-42 roof.
Pella® Smart Sash III windows with triple glazing
and Low-E
glass
(R-4) are also included along with insulated exterior doors, interior
framing lumber and a wood sub-floor system.
